Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Jennifer currently serves as the Sr Director of Business Development at Masimo, where they lead a team responsible for assessing new licensing and acquisition opportunities. Jennifer also played a crucial role in transitioning and aligning marketing initiatives after the acquisition of iSirona. Additionally, Jennifer developed and executed successful business development and connectivity agreements with partners such as Ascensia and Philips Healthcare.

Prior to their role at Masimo, Jennifer worked as the Director of Connectivity, where they established partnerships with over 100 vendors and created a roadmap for product enhancements. Jennifer also guided the implementation of IHE ACM with EPIC for use with EPIC Rover.

Before joining Masimo, Jennifer held the position of Executive Director of Clinical Engineering & Device Integration at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. In this role, they led strategic efforts to build medical device and digital health programs based on service line requirements. Jennifer also directed the enterprise implementation efforts to integrate IV pumps and CCE with EPIC's electronic medication administration record and led a cross-disciplinary quality improvement initiative.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital in various roles including Clinical Engineering Project Manager, Assistant Director, and Clinical Engineer. Jennifer also gained experience as a Technical Officer at the World Health Organization and as a Research Associate at Ospedale Pediatrico Bambino Gesù.

Overall, Jennifer has a strong background in business development, connectivity, clinical engineering, and device integration, with notable accomplishments in strategic planning, partnership establishment, and implementation of innovative healthcare technologies.

Jennifer Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Boston University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. Jennifer also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entreprenuership and Technology Innovation Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Jennifer holds a certification in Clinical Engineering from the Healthcare Technology Certification Commission.
