Bente Fladby has extensive experience in customer service and sales management, currently serving as the Leader of the Customer Center at Maske Gruppen AS since February 2018. Prior to this role, Bente Fladby worked at DFDS from January 1994 to October 2017, where positions included Head of Sales Center and Support, Booking Manager, and Supervisor. Bente Fladby holds a degree in Marketing Communication from BI Norwegian Business School, achieved between 1991 and 1995, following secondary education at Lillestrøm videregående skole from 1984 to 1987.
