Ville Hietala

Ville Hietala is currently a Research Trainee at Hanken School of Economics since May 2024 and serves as a Sales Negotiator at Maskun Kalustetalo Oy since May 2022. Hietala has previous experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Helsinki from 2015 to 2019, contributing to studies on intestinal microbiota. An academic exchange at the University of Toronto took place from January 2017 to May 2017. Additional work experience includes teaching, sales and marketing research, as well as storage work and mail delivery from 2010 to 2017. Hietala is pursuing a Master of Science in Economics at Aalto University, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution in June 2023. Prior academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Medical Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biosciences from the University of Helsinki.
