Currently serving as Managing Director and Qualitative Research Director at MASMI since October 2016, Mariya focuses on developing and implementing effective strategies for qualitative research within the organization. Previously, Mariya held positions as Head of Qualitative Research Department and Senior Project Manager at Magram Market Research from August 2011 to September 2016, and as Project Manager at Enjoy Understanding and MASMI from March 2009 to February 2009, respectively. Academically, Mariya holds a PhD in Psychology, specializing in Social Psychology, from Moscow City University of Psychology and Pedagogics, as well as a Кандидат психологических наук degree in Social Psychology from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education.
