Ricardo Laiseca

Ricardo Laiseca is currently working as the Gerente de Capital Humano at KIO since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ricardo held the position of Gerente de RRHH at MasNegocio from August 2013 to the present. With a background in human resources, Ricardo has gradually progressed from being a Becario de recursos humanos at Edenred México in 2009 to an Analista de recursos humanos at Stabilit America in 2010. Furthermore, Ricardo has obtained various degrees related to business administration, leadership, and human resources management from institutions such as Universidad Iberoamericana, Job First, EPISE, Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and Universidad Tecnológica de México.
