Matthew Scholvinck has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Matthew started their career at Kiko Sewing Machine Automation Inc. in 2010, where they worked as a Principal Automation Engineer until 2019. Following that, they joined Electro-Mechanical Custom Creations LLC in 2015 as the Chief Industrial Engineer/Owner, a position they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined Adams Rite Aerospace as a Manufacturing Automation Engineer before being promoted to Manufacturing Supervisor and eventually Manufacturing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Mason Controls since 2023.
