Dean Bentley has over three decades of experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as an HVAC Instructor at Mason Pro Services, where responsibilities include developing and managing an in-house apprenticeship program. Previously, Dean served as an Installation Manager and HVAC Instructor, focusing on commercial and residential installations. As the owner of Bentley Heating & Air Conditioning, Dean managed all facets of the business, encompassing service, installation, design, sales, and marketing. Dean's early career included roles as a Commercial/Industrial Service Technician at Controlled Air Inc. and a Residential HVAC Service Technician at Wilcox Fuel Company. Dean's foundational experience began in the US Navy, where responsibilities included operating shipboard steam boilers. Educational achievements include training at the US Navy Great Lakes in boiler technology.
