Maricela Perry

Maricela Perry, PHRca, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Masonic Homes of California since 2017. In conjunction with this role, Maricela has been with Masons of California as an HR Generalist/HRBP since August 2013, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment support. Previously, Maricela worked at Target from February 2007 to August 2013 as a Human Resource Sr. Team Leader, where responsibilities included staffing planning, training, employee records management, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Maricela holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and has completed an HR.Com certification prep course.
