Suzanne Shaheen

Suzanne Shaheen is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management, recruitment, and faculty affairs. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania and Monetate, Suzanne has successfully improved workplace relationships, developed HR policies, and led full-cycle recruitment processes. Experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Fox School of Business and Management - Temple University, handling faculty appointments and managing a two-million-dollar budget, as well as previous positions at Independence Blue Cross, Catalyst360°, Stradley Ronon, and Citizens Bank. Suzanne holds an MBA in Marketing from La Salle University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Arcadia University.
