Helge Kvalvik

Helge Kvalvik is an experienced executive, currently serving as CEO of Måsøval AS since January 2023. Previously, Kvalvik held the position of CEO at Boa Offshore from April 2011 to October 2022, and prior to that, served as Regional Director North America and Managing Director at Sarens Group from December 2003 to May 2011. Kvalvik also worked as a Senior Engineer at Boa Offshore from May 1999 to November 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance - Market and Corporate from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), obtained between 2001 and 2003, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 1999.
