Teresa Pikner

Teresa Pikner is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President & Director of Human Resources at Maspeth Federal Savings since February 2018, Teresa previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources at NYIT Extended Education. From 2008 to 2017, Teresa managed Human Resources at William E. Connor & Associates Ltd., overseeing the HR, Benefits, and Payroll department for the New York office and acting as an HR business partner to senior management. Teresa holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Notre Dame and has furthered professional development at ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
