Ege Ersenkal has a strong background in finance and banking with over 20 years of experience. Ege is currently working as the Head of Financial Institutions at Masraf Al Rayan. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Al Khalij Commercial Bank, where they managed a portfolio of over 200 accounts in the MENAT, Africa, and Asia regions. Additionally, Ege has experience in finance and IT projects at Koç Holding A.Ş. and served as the Director of Finance at OnePIN. Ege began their career at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor Associate. Ege's diverse work experience and expertise in financial institutions make him a valuable asset in the banking industry.

Ege Ersenkal attended TED Ankara Koleji from 1987 to 1993, where they earned a high school diploma. They then went on to Koç University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in economics. Later, from 2000 to 2002, Ege attended Boston College Carroll School of Management, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a field of study in accounting and finance. Additionally, during the same period from 2001 to 2002, Ege also obtained a Master of Science in Finance with a general field of study in finance from the same institution. In 2013, Ege Ersenkal passed the Level l CFA Exam conducted by the CFA Institute in Toronto, ON, earning a certification.
