Naim Kaidbey

Naim Kaidbey has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Naim currently serves as the Assistant General Manager, Head of Operations at Masraf Al Rayan. Prior to this, they were the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at BLOM BANK s.a.l. from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at HSBC Bank Middle East - Lebanon from 2009 to 2017. Naim also served in various managerial positions at HSBC from 2005 to 2009, including Senior Manager Operations and Manager Credit and Risk Management.

Naim Kaidbey completed their Lebanese Baccalaureate in Sciences at Rawdah High School from 1977 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at the American University of Beirut, which they successfully obtained from 1991 to 1995.
