The IT and Technology team at Masraf Al Rayan is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and security of the bank's technological infrastructure. They manage and support core banking systems, develop and maintain IT applications, oversee infrastructure and database administration, provide technical support, and lead IT projects to enhance and innovate banking services. The team also ensures compliance with Shari’ah principles while implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to support retail, wholesale, and private banking activities.
