Abdallah AbuHashem has a diverse range of work experience. Abdallah is currently a Co-Founder & CTO at Masref, a position they began in February 2022. Masref intends to provide Swiss saving accounts for the middle-class in distressed economies. Think countries with high inflation, banks that cap withdrawals, no trust in banks, or no financial services like insurance and investments. By leveraging emerging technologies, Swiss financial infrastructure, and its recent regulatory changes, Masrefprovides the middle class in these countries with what they never had – a safe place to store their savings. Masref will first provide simple saving accounts, before offering other financial services.
