Brandon Kitchen

Brandon Kitchen is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as Senior Director of A&R at Mass Appeal since February 2021 and as CEO of BWK Entertainment LLC since July 2013. Brandon has a proven track record of managing and developing talent, including the Forbes 30 under 30 music producer Wondagurl, and has worked with notable artists such as Jay-Z, Drake, and Rihanna. Prior roles include Director of A&R at Hollywood Records, where responsibilities included discovering talent and overseeing budgets for high-profile recording projects, and Associate Director of Membership (Urban) at ASCAP, focusing on supporting emerging artists and maintaining key industry relationships. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Northridge.
