Jonah Keane

Jonah Keane is an experienced professional in environmental conservation and education, currently serving as the CT River Valley Sanctuaries Director at Mass Audubon since January 2014. Previously, Jonah held leadership roles at the Student Conservation Association, including Northeast Regional Program Director from January 2012 to January 2014, and Director of SCA Massachusetts alongside the role of Education and Service Learning Manager from September 2004 to September 2010. Earlier in Jonah's career, significant contributions were made as a Volunteer Coordinator and Environmental Educator with the Peace Corps from April 1999 to May 2002. Jonah holds a Master of Science in Forest Ecosystem Science from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences with a focus on Conservation Biology from the University of Vermont.
