Carolyn Kirk

Carolyn Kirk currently serves as the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative since February 2019 and holds the position of Deputy Secretary in the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since January 2015, where Carolyn is a senior member of Governor Charlie Baker's administration. Kirk has a significant history in public service, having been the Mayor of Gloucester, MA, from January 2008 for a total of seven years, during which time Carolyn was re-elected three times. Earlier in their career, Kirk worked as an Engagement Manager at marchFIRST and held a role in CRM at IBM Global Services. Kirk received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston College between 1981 and 1984.
