Julie Parenteau

Julie Parenteau currently serves as the Finance & Grants Manager at Massachusetts Technology Collaborative since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing financial and compliance requirements of grants, assisting teams in understanding grant requirements, and preparing proposals. Previously, at the City of Worcester from 1995 to October 2022, Julie held the roles of Utility Business Manager, overseeing billing operations for over 40,000 meters, and Chief Accountant, demonstrating expertise in municipal finance management, accounting, and auditing. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Bryant University and has obtained Grade 1 and Grade II licenses for Operators of Drinking Water Supply Facilities from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
