Timothea Pham

Timothea Pham is an experienced program officer and communications consultant with a strong background in arts and culture promotion. Currently serving as a Program Officer for the Festivals and Projects grant program at Mass Cultural Council, Timothea has previously held roles supporting community initiatives, public relations, and social media marketing across various organizations, including Arts Equity Group and Black Cat Labs. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Northeastern University and a Social Media and Marketing Certificate from Hootsuite Academy, complemented by work in grant writing, community outreach, and digital marketing strategies.
