Pembe Nazele

PEMBE Nazele is an accomplished IT operations professional currently serving as the IT Operations Coordinator at MASS Design Group since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing technological equipment and ensuring seamless interconnectivity of company devices. Prior experience includes serving as the SNHU Customer Liaison at Southern New Hampshire University, providing technical support for various computing environments, and working as an Enterprise System Engineer at SYBYL, where IT infrastructure and system management were key focuses. PEMBE has also gained experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician at the University of Rwanda, assisting with technical support. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Information Security and Digital Forensics from the University of East London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the University of Rwanda.
