Aadhilakshmi Balasubramanian has a robust background in financial analysis and management, currently serving as a Financial Analyst at AllWays Health Partners since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst, Project Accountant, and Audit Analyst at ExxonMobil from August 2018 to July 2022. Aadhilakshmi gained valuable experience as a Sales Intern at Michelin in 2016, where the development of financial tools was a key responsibility. As the CEO of StudentRescue in 2015, Aadhilakshmi led a student-run care package service.
