Allison Bryant Mantha currently serves as the Associate Chief Health Equity Officer and Senior Medical Director of Health Equity at Mass General Brigham since June 2021. In addition, Allison is a member of the Health Equity Compact, where efforts focus on advancing health equity in Massachusetts through legislation, budget advocacy, and coalition building. With a medical background that includes roles as a physician at Massachusetts General Hospital since July 2010 and at UCSF from August 2005 to June 2010, Allison holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Harvard Medical School and a Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, along with an undergraduate degree in Biology from Harvard College.
