Craig Doster

Craig Doster is an accomplished healthcare professional with a robust background in ambulatory services and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Ambulatory Services at Mass General Brigham since October 2025, Craig has held various leadership roles including Director of Ambulatory Access & Business Operations at South Shore Health from March 2021 to September 2025, and Executive Director of Enterprise Patient Access as well as Director of Ambulatory Operations at Tufts Medical Center between October 2017 and March 2021. Prior to these positions, Craig worked for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs as Associate Group Practice Manager and Business Manager for Primary Care from January 2013 to October 2017, and served as Clinic Supervisor of Sports Medicine at Children's Hospital Boston from November 2011 to January 2013. Craig's career began as a Manager at VPNE- Children's Hospital Boston from February 2010 to November 2011. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bryant University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
