Darin Roark

Darin Roark, BSN, MBA, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in critical care and emergency services management. Roark's career includes leadership roles such as Director of Critical Care at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Director of the Emergency Department at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, and Vice President at Baptist Health overseeing Ambulatory Campuses and System Emergency Services. Additionally, Roark served as Hospital President, managing a new 102-bed hospital and ten emergency departments, and held various administrative positions at Baptist Health, including responsibility for the oncology service line. Currently, Roark is President and COO of Wentworth Douglass Hospital at Mass General Brigham, overseeing a 178-bed facility with significant annual revenues. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
