Dena Lerra

Dena Lerra is an experienced professional in workforce development, currently serving as the Senior Workforce Development Manager at Mass General Brigham since 2006. In this role, Dena oversees centralized workforce development infrastructure, ensuring consistency in practices, marketing, data management, outcomes reporting, and program evaluation. Prior roles at Mass General Brigham include Interim Executive Director of Workforce Development, Workforce Development Manager, and Program Manager.
