Helen Scarr, MHSA, CPXP, is an accomplished healthcare professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Patient Family Relations at Mass General Brigham. With significant leadership experience, Helen oversees two teams dedicated to enhancing the patient and family experience while leading the Patient Family Advisory Council Program. Previously, Helen held the role of Senior Patient Experience Advisor at Mass General Hospital, where collaborative improvement initiatives were implemented. As an Independent Consultant, Helen focused on care experience and patient navigation before serving as Executive Director of Patient Advocacy and Experience at the University of Miami, where strategic enhancements across the integrated health system were created.
