Jennifer Pendleton, MS, FACHE, currently serves as the Director of Business Operations for the Perioperative Division at Mass General Brigham since November 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the President and Chairwoman of Women in Healthcare Management from October 2018 to November 2025 and held leadership positions at Concord Hospital Health System, including Director of Specialty and Surgical Practices and Practice Administrator for the Concord Hospital Medical Group from June 2015 to October 2025. Additionally, Jennifer was the President of the International Association of Women from 2015 to 2019 and served as Site Manager at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center from October 2004 to May 2015, overseeing administrative and operational aspects of the Lahey Institute of Urology. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Curry College.
