Karen Piatt

Karen Piatt serves as the Associate Director of Strategy and Operations at Mass General Brigham AI, overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth and operational efficacy since January 2019. With a background including roles as Senior Manager in both Strategy & Operations and Business Development at MGB Innovation, Karen has led due diligence for strategic initiatives and established collaborative partnerships. As an Associate Course Director at Harvard Medical School, Karen developed a Masters course on integrating technology into healthcare, while previous experience at MassHealth and Partners HealthCare involved policy management and data analysis.
