Kerry Markert

Kerry Markert currently serves as the Director of Population Health Management for Post Acute Operations at Mass General Brigham, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Kerry worked as a School Nurse for Arlington Public Schools from November 2023 to January 2024 and held the position of Director of Transformation and Innovation for Health Care Services at Point32Health from November 2018 to November 2023, focusing on large-scale transformations to improve population health outcomes. Other professional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Clinical Programs at Evolent Health, where management of care for a newly formed Accountable Care Organization was overseen, and as Director of Transitional Medicine at Atrius Health, where consolidation of population health programs was led. Kerry's career began with roles in nursing and health communications, obtaining a BSN and MSN in nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Master of Science in Health Communications from Tufts University School of Medicine.
