Marcus Day

Marcus Day is an experienced professional in organizational learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Learning Technology and Integration at Mass General Brigham since August 2021. Prior to this role, Marcus held multiple positions at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, including Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading the operations team and managing the hospital's Learning Management System, as well as overseeing various training programs. Marcus also has a background in emergency medical services, serving as a Paramedic and Operations Supervisor with American Medical Response and Delta Ambulance Corp. Marcus holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1992 and 1996.
