Matthew Tremblay

Matthew Tremblay currently serves as the Director of Performance and Access Improvement at Mass General Brigham, a role initiated in January 2022, focusing on enhancing operational structures and patient access across Medical Group practices. Prior to this position, Matthew held multiple roles at North Shore Physicians Group from January 2011 to December 2021, including Senior Improvement Specialist, where collaboration with leadership on strategy deployment and staff training in the Toyota Production System occurred. Earlier experiences also included Process Improvement Specialist and Patient Service Representative. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Salem State University between 2005 and 2010.
