Phenice Zawatsky

Phenice Zawatsky has extensive experience in social work and clinical services, currently serving as the Director of the Charlestown Coalition and as a Family Support Circle Clinical Social Worker at Mass General Brigham since March 2014. Phenice developed the Family Support Circle program, providing strength-based clinical case management and counseling to youth and families. Previous roles include Clinical Supervisor and In Home Therapist at Youth Villages, and Children's Social Worker II at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, where responsibilities included clinical case management and ensuring child safety. Phenice's early experience involved internships and outreach work focused on supporting vulnerable populations. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UMass Boston.
