Ramona Nichols

Ramona Nichols is an experienced professional in employee and labor relations, currently serving as Vice President at Mass General Brigham since June 2014, with previous roles including Director and Manager in the same department. With a strong background from Yale-New Haven Hospital as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, Ramona has developed strategies to enhance employee engagement and address complex labor relations issues.
