Raymond Spinelli

Raymond Spinelli has extensive experience in HR technology and systems analysis, currently serving as the Manager of HR Technology and Interim HRIS Director at Mass General Brigham since June 2006. Spinelli leads teams of HRIS professionals, guiding project management and implementing process improvements, specifically for the Kronos timekeeping system, which supports payroll for over 57,000 employees across multiple entities. Previous roles include positions as Lead and Senior HRIS Systems Analyst, as well as a Business Analyst and Staff Accountant at various leading companies, including The Hartford and Citigroup. Spinelli holds a BS in Public Accounting from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
