Sandra J. Butler

Sandra J. Butler, MPH, currently serves as the Director of Design Impact at Mass General Brigham, focusing on enhancing healthcare user experience through design-thinking. Previously, Sandra held various leadership positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, including Associate Director of the MGH Springboard Studio and Senior Manager in Global Business Strategy, where efforts centered on leveraging insights from frontline providers to address healthcare challenges. Sandra’s extensive experience includes roles in global business strategy for CAMTech, executive coaching with The Coaching Fellowship, and senior management in medical countermeasures at Seqirus and Novartis Vaccines. With a strong foundation in public health, Sandra earned a Master of Public Health from Boston University and completed a certificate in Mastering Design Thinking at MIT Sloan School of Management.
