Jennifer Falk

Jennifer Falk is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in the arts and culture sector. Currently serving as the Director of Communications & Content at MASS MoCA, Jennifer reports to museum Director Kristy Edmunds and oversees the brand, marketing, communications, and content strategy for the organization. Prior to this role, Jennifer held significant positions including Deputy Director of Operations & External Affairs at ArtsBoston and Director of Marketing & Communications at both ArtsEmerson: The World On Stage and ArtsBoston. Jennifer's career began in marketing roles at various firms, including Holland-Mark and Akamai Technologies, and is supported by an MBA from Simmons University and a BS in Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
