Jay Gibbons

Jay Gibbons has extensive experience in information technology and management, having held multiple roles in various organizations. As the Manager of Technical Services at the Mass Transportation Authority in Flint, Michigan, Jay oversees technical operations. Previous experience includes serving as Network Administrator for the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller and as IT Systems Administrator for Kautter Wenhold Management Group. Jay also contributed to the Lake County Sheriff's Office as a Network Technician, Web Developer, and Project Lead. Additionally, Jay has experience as President and CEO of CAC MediaNet, Inc.
