Andrew Nichols

Andrew Nichols currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Mass Virtual since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Program Manager at Daedalus Solutions, Inc. from September 2023 to April 2024. Andrew's extensive background in the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence includes positions such as G1 Sergeant Major, Brigade Operations Sergeant Major, and Division Chief between August 2019 and September 2023, along with serving as Deputy Commandant from July 2017 to August 2018. Andrew’s experience also encompasses several leadership roles in various Army units, including First Sergeant and Operations NCOIC, with tenure spanning over a decade starting from February 2002. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Workforce Development from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and completed training at the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy in June 2019.
