Joe Bernard

Joe Bernard is an experienced attorney and legal educator with a focus on impaired operation litigation and forensic science. Currently serving as a Board Member at Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers in Massachusetts and as a Co-Author for Volume 50 of Mass Practice at Thompson West Media, Joe Bernard has maintained a legal practice at The Law Offices of Joseph D. Bernard P.C. since 1996. Joe is also a lecturer and author for the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., where Joe shares insights on various legal topics statewide.
