Joe Bernard is an experienced attorney and legal educator with a focus on impaired operation litigation and forensic science. Currently serving as a Board Member at Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers in Massachusetts and as a Co-Author for Volume 50 of Mass Practice at Thompson West Media, Joe Bernard has maintained a legal practice at The Law Offices of Joseph D. Bernard P.C. since 1996. Joe is also a lecturer and author for the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., where Joe shares insights on various legal topics statewide. Joe Bernard's expertise is further highlighted through participation in advanced courses at Indiana University, emphasizing the medico-legal aspects of alcohol and its implications for traffic safety.
