Abby Golfo is a Senior Service Designer at MBTA, working to improve public transit in Greater Boston. Previously, as a Product Designer at Thrivent, Abby was part of the Digital & Design team. Abby also worked at M&T Bank as a Service Designer focused on financial advice and planning. With a Master's Degree in Digital Media from Georgia Tech, Abby has a strong background in UX design and research. Abby currently also holds a position as a Senior Product Designer at America On Tech, where Abby teaches introductory courses on UX design.
