Alicia Hadley

Alicia Hadley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administration, business processes, and project management within both public and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Administration and Business Processes for Rail Operations at MBTA, Alicia also held the position of Deputy Director of Lean Analytics. Prior experience includes a Graduate Fellow role at the City of Boston, where Alicia led business improvement processes for the Transportation Department. Alicia's earlier roles at Prosperity Now encompassed Program Manager, Senior Program Associate, and Program Associate, focusing on project management and stakeholder engagement. Previous positions also include roles at the Center for Popular Democracy, Latino Economic Development Center, and U.S. Department of Justice, showcasing a strong background in human resources, community outreach, and administrative support. Alicia holds an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BA in International Relations from The George Washington University.
