Anna Woorim Chung

Anna Woorim Chung is an experienced UX professional with a robust background in designing user-centered solutions across various platforms. Currently serving as UX Lead at MBTA since June 2021, Anna leads teams focused on enhancing the MBTA website and mobile app. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Designer and UX Designer at MBTA, where Anna developed tools for rider information and scheduling operations. At Publicis Sapient, Anna designed interactive prototypes for federal government clients, while at the MIT Media Lab, significant contributions were made in redesigning UI for social media applications. Additional roles include user research and VR design internships, along with educational credentials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Pomona College, culminating in a Master's in Comparative Media Studies and a Bachelor's in Media Studies and Computer Science, respectively.
