Joe Regan is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at MBTA since December 2018, Joe Regan has successfully managed the $3B operating budget and implemented initiatives resulting in $24M in cost savings. Previously, Joe Regan held the position of Deputy Director, automating processes to enhance efficiency, and as a Fiscal Policy Analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, played a key role in preparing a $40B state operating budget. Joe Regan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Duke University.
