Kaitlyn Wilson

Kaitlyn Wilson is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development & Strategy at MBTA since December 2023 and as the Director of Talent Development at Volta Oil Company, Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Kaitlyn held the position of Organizational Development Manager at Clemens Food Group from November 2020 to April 2023 and worked at Gap International for nearly a decade in various roles, including Consultant Lead and Learning and Development Specialist. International experience includes teaching at Excellent English in Beijing, China, and serving as a Market Research Intern at TNS Global. Kaitlyn holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Mandarin Chinese from Boston College, complemented by educational experiences at Peking University and Portsmouth Abbey.
