Phoebe Tseng

Phoebe Tseng is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at the MBTA since October 2023, Phoebe previously held the position of Financial Controller at GBI from June 2022 to September 2023. Prior roles include Global Accounting Manager at Boston Consulting Group from December 2018 to June 2022, and International Accounting Manager at CDM Smith for a brief period in 2018. Phoebe’s career also includes significant tenure at State Street, where roles ranged from Assistant Vice President to Financial Analyst II from 2006 to 2014. Phoebe holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from UMass Boston and was briefly educated at the University of Oxford in 2004.
