Scott Jones

Scott Jones, PMP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Lean Analytics at MBTA, leading Lean implementation projects and developing data dashboards to enhance business processes. Previously, within Harvard University, Scott held various roles including Project Manager, where integration of Planned Giving staff and technology infrastructure management for $1.6B in assets occurred, along with leading a team of project managers. Other relevant positions at Harvard involved substantial contributions to business process migrations, internal communication strategies, and business intelligence applications for a $9.6B capital campaign. Additional experience includes serving as a Salesforce Consultant, CRM Manager at Opportunity Nation, and Team Leader at City Year, complemented by a Master’s degree in Information Management Systems from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
