Stephanie Shaughnessy

Stephanie Shaughnessy has held multiple strategic roles at MBTA since August 2007, including Director of Enterprise Applications Financial Systems, Deputy Director of Finance and Administration Enterprise Applications, and Financials Project Manager. In these positions, Stephanie has led and managed application teams supporting critical business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Project Accounting, and Contract Management, while mentoring staff and enhancing customer-focused production support. Prior to MBTA, Stephanie worked as a Customer Service Associate at Price Chopper, where responsibilities included supervising front-end operations and managing customer transactions. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007.
