Chelsea Sedani

Chelsea Sedani currently serves as the Director of Advocacy at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chelsea held various positions at Economic Mobility Pathways- EMPath from August 2008 to July 2023, including Director of Advocacy, Senior Public Policy Associate, and Public Policy Associate. Chelsea also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty - Field Advisor at Boston College from September 2016 to August 2017 and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher since August 2013. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the Sloan Work and Family Research Network, a Graduate Policy Intern at the Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance, and a Victim Witness Advocate with the Concord City Prosecutor's Office under the AmeriCorps Victim Assistance Program. Chelsea holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
