Alexandra Zaltman is the current Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Alexandra has held this position since October 2019. Prior to that, they served as Senior Associate General Counsel at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center from December 2014 to October 2019. Alexandra has also worked as Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities from September 2020 to June 2022. In addition, they served as Policy Advisor on Energy Initiatives at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs from July 2014 to December 2014. Alexandra began their career as a Legal Fellow at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources from June 2012 to July 2014, where they drafted regulations, monitored and evaluated legislation, and provided legal analysis on various energy issues. Prior to that, they worked as Scheduler and Community Relations Aide for Boston City Councilor John R. Connolly from January 2009 to December 2010.
Alexandra Zaltman received their Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. Alexandra also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University. Alexandra Zaltman attended Boston Latin School.
